Editor Group uses Flavours Catering for our very popular writing training courses, and the food provided is always excellent. The trainees are asked for feedback on the course, and we regularly receive unsolicited praise for the lunches and morning tea from Flavours.

There are many reasons for using the services of Flavours Catering + Events, and these range from the absolute convenience of online ordering, the prompt, friendly service, and the wonderful choice and quality of the food. Many of the food choices and combos are very imaginative. Nothing is too much trouble, and the customer service staff are extremely helpful, no matter what the query. The presentation of the lunches is lovely, too, and the trainees often comment positively on it.

What event would be complete without the great delights from Flavours! I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the creations that come from Flavours. Many events have only been a success due to the high level of detail (and tastes) that come with every catering order.

Our international guests can also not speak highly enough of the catering when they visit Australia. All dietary requirements are taken care of – with no fuss OR worries. Tastes from around the world are considered in every detailed menu (and are different every day for a week long program).

I would recommend all colleagues and other businesses to try Flavours – you will never need OR want to look elsewhere.

Easy ordering via email (or even the phone – if time is tight), creative menus (or a simple platter of sandwiches – which are never ordinary or boring) and quick confirmation (with costings) sent pre-meeting day.

I am writing to you in relation to the exceptional service and quality of catering that Flavours provides to EXCOM Education. Upon engagement of a new catering supplier, there were three criteria that the decision was based around:

1) Quality catering at reasonable cost

2) On time deliveries

3) Ease of interaction

An email each week with the order is sent and a confirmation email received to acknowledge the order. This is one of the most simple yet effective supplier engagements that we have.

Your team has been exceptional to work with. Your level of customer service across the board is one to be rivaled with. The presentation and quality of the food is outstanding and we regularly receive compliments from our students in relation to the morning tea supplied.
