"I had 3 x days with Flavours this week. Day 1 and Day 2 covered morning teas, lunches and afternoon tea for back to back sessions of planning. Guests communicated how delicious the food was and they were particularly impressed how fresh the food was as well. The food was delivered on time and there was a great range of options during each meal break. The favourites were the smashed avocado box, the paleo slices and the coconut chia pudding. Many thanks to Clare Miller who put the 2 day menu together for me, the selections were very well received and created a happy and healthy ambience for the guests.Day 3 was an end of year afternoon tea celebration for 25 colleagues assisted by Alex Antonopoulos who ensured we were covered with celebratory food and drinks. Benn was the waiter for this occasion and he was attentive and professional, he cleaned up after our guests and was so hospitable. My colleagues loved the food and made sure to carry whatever they could back to their desk. The favourites were the Smoked salmon, lemon & dill creme fraiche blini and Spinach & feta baby tart. There was a strong fanbase for the Gluten free chocolate fudge brownies but the Portuguese custard tarts came in tightly at second place. As expected, guests spent time adoring the Instagram ready cupcakes that were served on a vintage wooden tray."
