At The Winevault, we have gone to great lengths to replicate the perfect cellar conditions of the famous French wine caves. Our cellaring facility features an average constant temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, relative humidity of 65%, minimum levels of light and no vibration and a state of the art security system protect to your investment. We have a great venue space at The Wine Vault called the Tunnel it is a remnant of the days when brick and tile quarries were the backbone of the local economy for Sydney’s lower north shore. The Tunnel had been excavated in 1910 to join two properties belonging to the North Sydney Brick and Tile Company. It remained in use until 1965, after which it was quickly forgotten.
The Tunnel now has been restored to bring a truly unique experience to wine enthusiasts. It has become an integral part of Winevault’s headquarters, operating as a fully functional wine storage facility and wine tasting and event venue.
With an authentic cellar ambience, The Tunnel can be booked for wine tasting and events with up to 30 guests.

Built in the late 1800’s Paddington Town Hall is an impressive example of European architecture and magnificent setting for a wide variety of events
The site is adjacent to the Victoria Barracks at the highest point on the Oxford Street ridge. Its 32 metre high Clock Tower was completed in 1905 to commemorate the coronation of Kind Edward VII and dominates the Paddington skyline. Paddington Town Hall is less than 5 km from the Sydney CBD. The function space is situated on level 1 and is accessible by lift and stairs.
The Grand Hall
The open-plan space of the Grand Hall offers unobstructed views from all angles and features a nine metre high ceiling, polished timber floor and superb acoustics. An elegant reception area with bar facilities and a large commercial kitchen complement the Grand Hall along with a Green Room and backstage facilities. A spacious balcony runs the length of the building overlooking Oxford Street. Lighting truss, an elevated working platform and external banner rigging points are also included with venue hire.

The club officially commenced in July 1964, although there is evidence that some form of rescue service has operated from the same approximate area since the early 1900s. The original clubhouse was an old timber cottage, however due to substantial alterations, renovations & extensions, Narrabeen Beach now boasts one of the most magnificent & modern facilities on Sydney’s northern beaches.
The Narrabeach Function Room is the perfect venue for weddings, engagements & other celebrations. It has a polished timber floor & floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking lush green lawns which lead down to the ocean. The room is 20m x 10m & can cater for 120 people formally seated or up to 200 people in a more casual setting. Hirers of the Narrabeach Room have exclusive use of the commercial kitchen. The venue is licensed and has bar facilities.
Our room rates include the hire of the room, tables & chairs (if required) & post event cleaning, which provides the opportunity to host an event in a magnificent setting at a very reasonable cost.

Located a stone’s throw from the water, the Clovelly Bowling & Recreational Club offers a relaxed atmosphere and a fun and stress-free venue for corporate off-sites. It’s also the perfect setting for functions such as weddings, birthdays and… anything worth celebrating.
A large function room that overlooks the coast and bowling greens is available for up to 140 seated guests. Our drink prices are very competitive, so you can spend the money saved on entertaining your guests, or yourself.
For functions, the club is licensed to stay open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, 10.00pm from Sunday to Thursday.

The Gap Bluff Centre is located in the tranquil bushland of Sydney Harbour National Parks, on the heights above Watson’s Bay. The venue comprises of two fascinating heritage buildings for you to choose between for hosting your next special event. Originally the Armoury and the Officers Mess of the old Military Base, the buildings have been creatively transformed to what is undoubtedly Sydney’s most spectacular location.

The Star Court
The magnificent Star Court is one of Sydney’s finest multi-purpose spaces. The eye is drawn upwards to the Celestial Vault, a triangular dome-shaped ceiling with its surface revealing the 50 star constellations of the southern skies. High on The Forecourt walls, a spectacular sculptural frieze carved into 15 panels chronicles the evolution of commerce in Australia, where each panel creates its own story. Custom furniture, carpets, lamps and timber balustrades cut with the silhouette of a grove of Eucalypt Trees, reflect the aura of style and elegance.
The Star Court can accommodate up to 400 guests for a Cocktail Reception and up to 600 guests if The Gallery area is utilized. The venue will comfortably seat 200 guests for formal dining with a dance floor, or up to 250 guests with no dance floor provision.
Nestled in the Northern corner of The Garden, The Pavilion is the perfect venue for all types of functions. Bathed in natural light from the curved windows surrounding The Garden, The Pavilion is ideal for business seminars, theatre style conferences, cocktail receptions, formal dinners and other special events.
The venue is equipped with selected AV equipment and has complete blackout facilities.
The Garden is a combination of brilliant architecture and clever engineering. Divided into six continental rooms, the spectacular 3000 square metre garden is designed to form the shape of a large waratah when viewed from above.
More than 1000 trees, plants and shrubs have been planted representing every continent in the world. Your guests can access The Garden during events from both venues, for example you might like to have your pre-dinner drinks in The Garden or simply use it for breakout areas during a conference in The Pavilion.

The 128 year old boatshed is the home of Balmain Rowing Club, located on the water’s edge next to Elkington Park at the end off White Street Balmain. The venue is located at the bottom of White Street, Balmain and is 5 minutes walk from Balmain Town Hall for public transport to the city, Glebe and Canterbury.
Balmain Rowing Club allows up to 80 guests in any seating arrangement with additional space out on the balcony to view the harbour.
