Look what happened this time last year… 👀

Within just 11 days, Jini, Will and Ignatius all joined the Flavours kitchen team and September has never been quite the same!

Twelve months later, we’re so delighted that all three are still part of the Flavours family.

Will and Jini are our kitchen power couple. The care, precision and attention to detail they bring to everything they do shines through every day, and they are an absolute pleasure to work alongside.

Ignatius has also become such a valued part of our kitchen crew, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything he contributes to the team.

We’re looking for experienced Seasonal Event Food & Beverage Attendants to work across some incredible events throughout Sydney from corporate functions and cocktail parties to private celebrations, buffets and unique venues. 🥂

Two years of Tiger + a very well-deserved promotion! 🎉👨‍🍳

Today we’re celebrating two years of Tiger at Flavours, and we couldn’t think of a better time to officially share some very exciting news…

Tiger has been promoted to Head Chef! ❤️

Tiger joined us in September 2024 as Sous Chef, and over the past two years has become such an important part of Flavours. He works absolutely tirelessly, always has a smile on his face, and somehow makes even the most challenging days look easy.

Ask Tiger for anything and the answer is pretty much always “no problem!” Whether it’s thousands of meals going out the door, a huge event, a last-minute change, an unusual client request or someone needing an extra hand, nothing is ever too much trouble.

And then there’s his talent.

Tiger is an incredible chef. His understanding of flavour, creativity and attention to detail are exceptional. He has an amazing ability to take an idea and make it better, and some of the flavour combinations and dishes he creates genuinely blow us away.

But as much as we love Tiger for his food, we love him even more for the person he is.

He is kind, humble, calm, hardworking and incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. Everyone loves Tiger, and the respect he has earned from the kitchen and the wider Flavours team says everything about the person and leader he is.

Watching him grow from Sous Chef into the person now leading our kitchen and running it like a well-oiled machine has made us incredibly proud.

Tiger, thank you for everything you have given Flavours over the past two years. For the ridiculous hours, the creativity, the care, the laughs and for always being someone we know we can rely on.

We absolutely love having you as part of our Flavours family, and we couldn’t be happier or prouder to call you our Head Chef.

Happy 2-year anniversary and congratulations, Tiger. So incredibly well deserved. ❤️👏👨‍🍳
