Please note – out of hours, weekend and public holiday surcharges will be added in cart for applicable days
Our standard delivery hours are between 8am – 530pm 7 days per week.
For delivery requirements outside of these hours, additional charges do apply.
For each 30 minute block of time outside of these hours, a charge of $15+gst is applicable.
For example, if you require your catering delivered at 7am, an additional charge of $30+gst would apply as that is 2 x 30 minutes blocks outside of our standard delivery times.

Minimum spend (excluding delivery & gst)
We have a minimum of $149 per delivery Monday to Friday
We are happy to accommodate orders below the minimums where possible however this is subject to approval on a case by case basis.
During peak times we may need to adjust these minimum spends to ensure we can continue to provide the quality service we are famous for.

Weekends & Public holidays
Orders placed for weekends & public holidays incur a surcharge. This is in addition to the relevant delivery fee and will be automatically added to your order if it is placed for these days
Public Holiday surcharges vary and are subject to availability. Please note that we do not trade on every Public Holiday. Please speak to our team to discuss availability for public holiday catering
Order cut off time
Please ensure your order is placed at least one business day prior to your event, no later than 3:00pm. Outside of this time frame, catering and delivery can not be guaranteed.
Late orders can be accommodated based on availability however the menu may be limited. Please contact our friendly team to discuss your specific needs for any late orders
Equipment collection & platters
Should you have requested your catering to be delivered on platters rather than in disposable boxes, please note that a hire fee will apply. Please contact our team to obtain a hire quote.
Should you have ordered equipment for hire such as coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, glassware or styling elements please note that we will need to return to your delivery address to collect these items the following business day after your event. An additional charge will be applied to your order as Equipment Collection which is at the same rate as your delivery fee.
Delivered catering orders with warm food may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your requested delivery time.
Delivered catering orders that do not contain warm food may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to your requested delivery time.
We want to make the delivery process as efficient as possible!
To ensure our drivers don’t have trouble accessing your building or location we would appreciate specific delivery, loading dock or entry instructions wherever possible.
While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, occasional circumstances outside of our control may arise that cause delays.
Our delivery vehicles are tracked and as such, in the case we are aware of a delay to your delivery address we will attempt to contact you to allow the opportunity for an adjustment to your schedule.
