Now there is absolutely nothing that the team here at Flavours Catering can say we haven’t done!
For their recent visit, Princess Mary and Prince Frederick were both lucky enough to have Flavours catering for their lunch at Customs House.
They enjoyed a delicious hot and cold buffet filled with meat dishes such as rolled roast baby chicken with spinach and ricotta filling and herb and mustard crusted rare beef, along with fresh and flavoursome salads such as European style potato salad and roma tomato, Persian feta, chives with balsamic glaze.
When we say our catering buffet menus are fit for a king and queen we are most certainly not joking!
