Your initial enquiry with Flavours Catering – this could be via phone, email or online ordering. You may need to have a look at our fantastic menu here.
Your event coordinator will contact you to discuss your requirements, such as date, time, budget, number of guests and preferred catering style.
Includes suggested menu, service staff charges, price breakdown, as well as beverages and equipment hire if required.
Your final quotation incorporates changes that you would like to make to your preliminary quotation.
Once you have approved the menu and would like to proceed with our quotation, your booking can be confirmed with a 20% deposit payment.
Site inspection &/or tasting
Some event bookings may not require a site inspection &/or tasting. This is something that will need to be discussed with your event coordinator.
Pre-event phone consultation
Your event coordinator will contact you approximately a week prior to your event to confirm final guest numbers, event schedule and other special instructions.
Following your 20% deposit made at time of confirming booking, final payment is required five working days prior to your event.
