"Brook arrived on time, looking smart. The entire time here, she calmly did her job, was pleasant , & absolutely no hiccups. The food was ideal, for the occasion, after my panic re not enough with the platter, the guests hardly ate much of that at all. We could have done without. The canapes were all delicious I thought she would find it tricky serving drinks & food but she handled the function extremely well. Lovely person ,and all the cleaning up done ,out of here at 2.30"
