1. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Please note all orders over $200 placed via the online shopping cart are eligible to redeem a Free Lunch Pack.

To ensure delivery of your order is guaranteed, orders must be placed no later than 3pm on the business day prior to your required delivery day.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed by one of our team members, after which you will receive an order confirmation and invoice via email.
To make any changes to your order, whether to accommodate more or less guests, or to change food items, please give us as much notice as possible.
Changes made to your order after 3pm on the business day prior to weekday delivery may not be able to be accommodated.
Changes made to your order after 3pm on the Thursday prior to weekend delivery may not be able to be accommodated.
3. DELIVERY & INVOICING
We offer delivery 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to all metro and greater Sydney areas. Delivery fees and surcharges apply.
Our standard delivery hours are between 8am – 530pm. Deliveries outside of standard hours may incur surcharges
To ensure your order arrives to you at optimum quality, all hot food is transported in our custom made hot boxes fresh out of the oven!
Invoices are sent via email with your booking confirmation. Payment methods available include credit card, cheque, cash and direct deposit.
Platters (non disposable) are collected within 3 days of delivery.
An additional delivery fee may be charged for collection of any equipment.
