Shelley Boyd

Shelley has always been passionate about food, so a career in hospitality wasn’t a tough decision to make. After completing her bachelors degree at ICMS majoring in hospitality management Shelley has worked in hotels, restaurants and pubs alike focusing on both operations and event management and has 10 years experience ‘planning parties’ and providing fine dining service to customers.

Shelley is kept busy with quoting and delivering all things events from corporate through to private.  Food makes her happy and she knows it makes you happy too. This is why she enjoys putting a smile on everyone’s face with amazing food and exquisite events!

Away from the office Shelley is a budding baker who supplies family, friends and many others with cakes and pastries for any occasion. In her down time (away from Flavours and her beloved kitchenaid) Shelley spends time in Pittwater sailing with family and her dogs.

Shelley’s favourite item on the menu is the: mini potato rosti with mushrooms & truffle mascarpone.
