“The weekend was fantastic thank you and this was helped greatly by your team.  They were all sensational, nothing was ever too much trouble and their willingness to help was greatly appreciated.  The food was beautiful and fresh! Brooke never seemed to stop, she was always helping in some way.  Every time I walked into the kitchen on Saturday she was doing another load of dishes!  Her can do attitude was appreciated. Jean made my day twice – the first time when he took the vacuum out of my hands at lunch on Saturday and then on Sunday morning they arrived early and by the time I walked in 15mins later he had again vacuumed the restaurant and lounge area, clearing up things from the night before!

Andy went above and beyond helping us with the extra low pro cooking and even creating a magic moment for one of our teenagers by creating a beautiful birthday plate from “nothing”.

Thank you also to yourself for your patience, flexibility and assistance in the lead up.  The low protein signage on the buffet was perfect and really helped our guests deciding what to have. We have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone and will use them again ourselves should the need arise. All our guests enjoyed the lunch buffet.  Our friend, Sarah, told me she really loves the beef and the salad.  Anthony loves your sweets and he wants to know if he can buy that from you.  Sue said this is the best catering that she has ever had before. I am still receiving the nice comments from our guests regarding the excellent services provided by your food & drinks attendants.  Apologise I could not remember their names, but they were really helpful, friendly and professional.  They had beautiful smiles always on their faces and the service is excellent! “I just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for your help in making Amanda’s 40th party be amazing. The tables and bar section worked well and the drinks seemed to flow effortlessly. The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious and spot on. Events are stressful enough so being able to have confidence in her ability to manage all catering aspects allowed me to focus on everything else. I’m glad we got both coffee machines.
