The event last Wednesday and Thursday went really well. The staff were really nice, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. They knew exactly what to do and I didn’t need to give much instruction. You certainly made the catering for this event very easy for me and I found it a very smooth process to work with you. I also appreciated your flexibility as this made our changes easy to manage. I was very happy with the food and glad we took the option to reheat onsite rather than arrive hot. My personal favourite was the mushroom quiches.  Catalina was very organised and kept busy between the dual role of serving drinks and assisting in the kitchen. She was friendly towards the guests and was great at initially setting up the bar and then cleaning up and packing up. We will continue to use Flavours Catering. I too heard lots of people say they really liked the quiches.
