Thank you very much for your assistance with the catering for our event at the university yesterday and I extend this thank you to all of your staff involved in the preparation and delivery of our order. Everything was delivered to schedule and the quality was excellent. The participants with dietary restrictions were particularly pleased with the options they were provided with. Thanks to Jenn and the team for a wonderful job at our book launch last week. Tony and Caterina were super-efficient, warm, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we were able to take the leftover bites to our conference the next day – where they were devoured! I want to thank Tony for a special kindness. One of our guests is a devout Muslim and needs to pray at sunset. There was nowhere in the venue for her to pray and the toilets were a very poor last resort. Tony opened up the back of his van to let her stand, kneel and pray in peace and privacy. A great suggestion and ingenious solution to the problem. That’s platinum service, way beyond the call of duty! Congrats on an outstanding effort from the team. It’s the second time I’ve used Flavours and will definitely be back again for my next Sydney event.

Thanks for everything you did to make the catering for my son’s 21^st so easy for us. Diane expertise and attention to detail was much appreciated. The chef and waiters on the night were very professional and performed their roles well, especially under very trying conditions of a massive rain event that meant we had to relocate the party at the last minute and make changes to the logistics of everything as we went along. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely use your services again at the next opportunity.

In terms of my feedback, Jenn and Flavours team have been so easy to deal with. Jenn has calmly guided me through any sticking points, especially regarding the department’s payment process, and were very patient with the long approval process. She has been informative, kind, and generous with her time and knowledge. Thank you! I don’t have any upcoming conferences or bookings, as the team I work with only holds a conference in Sydney annually. However, I will recommend you when we need catering in the future. Thanks again
