First of all, I’d like to say a MASSIVE thank you. Where to even start. The organisation, professionalism, and seamless work that unfolded on our wedding day was just incredible. Tamara, Zoe and all the other staff were so organised, so friendly and made us feel so relaxed about everything! Matt and I couldn’t believe how well we were attended to, constantly having our drinks filled, our plates made up for us… It was everything we could’ve asked for.

Every small detail that I had sent to you was carefully executed, so your level of communication with your staff was clearly the glue that held it all together. The beef was a HIT. Matt wants to order some off you again! Dad said to say a special thank you to Tamara, Zoe, and Bianca! He said Tamara was all over it and he was very impressed.

Overall, we had the best day and we would recommended Flavours to anyone looking for catering and event management.

In a word – fantastic! The food did dazzle, my guests were really impressed with the quality, quantity and flavours of the dishes. The brisket and chicken were so tender and succulent, they made a real impression. The salmon was a real hit – there was none left! The profiteroles were divine too. I feel we had a great range of dishes, and they were beautifully presented on your platters.

The event was such a success and the menu was fabulous from M/T, Lunch and our Afternoon Easter treat. Flavours always exceeds expectations, and the attendees are always positive about the options.
