“The team arrived on time, were incredibly professional (as they always are), set themselves up in the kitchen area in a way that others could still get in and out and do their work.  This was especially important yesterday as we had 3 other large meetings happening that were also being catered for! Brooke decorated the serving area and it looked great, and the food was absolutely fantastic.  We had so many positive compliments and the overseas delegates were thrilled with the offering.  A guy from NSW Treasury was the liaison person for the group, and he’d organised the logistics for all the delegates over the whole course of their stay.  He said yesterday’s lunch was the most impressive they’d had since they arrived on Sunday, and he took photos! Everything ran so smoothly and the Chef even put a few little samples to one side for me to try too – much appreciated So all in all, it was great and we couldn’t have asked for it to be any better.
