The waitstaff were also brilliant – incredibly helpful and on task. They were really great and making sure any allergy requirements were observed & checked in with me on things. The guests all absolutely loved the food. I have had so much positive feedback and zero negative. They especially loved the rice paper rolls, salmon, cheeseburgers & chicken skewers. The guests who were vegetarian were especially thrilled with how many delicious options there were for them. One of my friends said it was the first party she’s been to where there were actually enough vegetarian food to keep her full”

“Thank you very much for a fantastic service. Our family and friends enjoyed the food and service. The quality of food was excellent and everybody liked them. Brooke and her team was excellent. They have been extremely helpful and efficient. While we reached the venue at 400pm,  Brooke and her people were already at the venue. They were very good with time management (we, the hosts, faltered a bit because of some guests coming very late). The function finished at 10.10pm and the place was tidied very quickly – by 10-50pm we could leave he venue. Please convey my high regards to Brooke and her team.
