It was such a pleasure to meet Phil and Guy, they were very approachable and professional. They made my day and the event such a relaxing success. The food presented was amazing, fresh, tasty and colourful. My guests enjoyed the day as much as I did because of the relaxed attitude and the easy flow of service both Phil and Guy presented.
