“The food was sensational and as we both know the guests did enjoy the Monday evening drinks. I would just like to mention two of your staff members who were sensational. Josh (our attendant for both days) was not only professional, he was amenable to change and nothing was too much trouble. I would love to have Josh (subject to availability) do all our functions moving forward. Also, on the Monday evening there was a young waitperson named Romy. She was bright, bubbly and the guests loved her”
