Book your Christmas or end-of-year event by 31 October 2026 with a minimum food and beverage spend of $1,000 + GST, and choose your festive extra: prosecco to raise a toast, or Sugar & Spice Christmas treats to share.

Terms & Conditions – Flavours Catering + Events “Christmas / End-of-Year – Sip or Sweet” Campaign

1. Offer valid on new Christmas and end-of-year catering bookings placed between 12 and 31 October 2026. The offer is valid for events taking place during the promotional period through to 25 December 2026.

2.A minimum spend of $1,000 + GST on food and beverages purchased directly from Flavours is required. Delivery, staffing, equipment hire and surcharges are excluded from the minimum spend.

3. Qualifying bookings can choose one of the following complimentary festive extras:

• • Prosecco: For events where Flavours is providing beverage service, complimentary glasses of Prosecco will be served on arrival. For drop-off events or events where Flavours is not providing beverage service, clients will receive 1 complimentary bottle of Prosecco for every $1,000 spent on qualifying food and beverages, up to a maximum of 10 bottles per booking.

• • Sugar & Spice Christmas Treats: Complimentary Sugar & Spice Christmas treats will be provided based on the number of guests.

4.  How to claim: To redeem the offer, mention the promotion to your Event Manager at the time of booking. Offer applies to genuine Christmas and end-of-year bookings only and does not apply to regular, recurring or day-to-day catering orders.

5. Offer does not apply to discounted orders and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

6. Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing confirmed orders.

7. Complimentary Prosecco bottles must be delivered to and accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested.

8. Complimentary items are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item if required. Complimentary items cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a discount.

9. Flavours Catering + Events reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
