Flavours Catering + Events provides the corporate and private sectors with drop-off catering, full-service catering and event coordination. We offer a large range of catering solutions to suit all occasions. We cater for all tastes and budgets, all functions big and small, ranging from a simple sandwich platter to a fully-staffed cocktail party for hundreds of guests. Our service extends to the entire greater Sydney region.
Our target market in the corporate sector is typically made up of receptionists, personal assistants, executive assistants, marketing coordinators and administrative staff who utilize our services for meetings, seminars, conferences, product launches and special promotions. The type of fare favoured by corporate clientele includes morning and afternoon tea items, gourmet sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and canapés. Orders are placed online at our website or via email, telephone or fax.
Our target market in the private sector is typically made up of those who are celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary, christening or engagement. The type of fare favoured by private clientele includes canapés, buffets, barbeques, formal dinners and our signature ‘Feasting Stations’. We have a dedicated events department staffed by experienced event coordinators whose role is to take each enquiry from the initial brief through to preliminary and final quotations, tastings, site inspections and of course, execution of the actual event.
Although corporate catering was originally the backbone of the business, recent times has seen our private events division grow exponentially to a point where it represents 30% of our total revenue.
We offer a standard menu range from which clients can choose from, as well as also providing complimentary custom menu design whereby we can create menus tailored specifically to suit the needs of the client.
