Flavours Catering + Events support a great cause – Catering for the Cancer Council VIP launch Party
This year, Flavours Catering + events, proudly sponsored the launch party for the Cancer Council’s ‘Relay for Life’ (North Shore branch) held at the Mosman Art Gallery.
Guests enjoyed a variety of canapés including olive and parmesan shortbread with mushroom pate and candied walnut; baby fennel scone with goats curd mousse and macerated baby fig; and the crowd favourite – tomato tarte tatin with provencale glaze. Special guest of the evening was actor, comedian and writer Jean Kittson the 2011 Patron for North Shore Relay for Life.
