It was a fabulous evening thanks and the food was great. Staff helped out and made the evening very special for us.

We recently used Flavours Catering for our event, and they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. A huge thank you to Alex, Lucy, and Ben for making the experience so smooth and memorable. Alex was fantastic in the lead-up to the event — incredibly responsive, patient with all our questions, and genuinely helpful as we worked through the overall planning and organisation. On the day, Lucy and Ben were exceptional. Lucy stood out for her warm and personalised service, checking in with guests throughout the evening with a smile and remembering each person’s dietary needs without ever needing a reminder. It made everyone feel truly looked after. Ben was equally impressive — organised, efficient, and quietly ensuring everything ran perfectly behind the scenes. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and a hit with all our guests.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say “thank you”. The catering was beautiful and the staff were amazing!! We will definitely be a returning client in the future!

The afternoon and evening went superbly . The set up was well co-ordinated, the food and drink service first rate and the food itself was excellent especially the entrée’s. We are fans.

Everything went smoothly – the morning tea & lunch orders were delivered promptly as scheduled and helpfully placed in our venue’s catering kitchen so they could be refrigerated until the scheduled meal breaks. All the food delivery boxes were clearly labelled which was a great help to distinguish the special dietary items. The use of sustainable packaging where possible was noted. The food was fresh, delicious and much appreciated! Many thanks.

Just a bit of feedback regarding the set up, the food and the staff. First of all, the staff were fantastic – I appreciated their hard work and their ability to adapt to our requests. They were friendly and I enjoyed working with them during the event. The set up was fantastic, it looked great – once again, they did a fantastic job. The menu was fantastic and everyone loved the food. Thank you for helping to put that together. I appreciate your input and recommendations! The staffing was suitable, professional, and all our service expectations were met. There was plenty of food (and drinks), so I think that worked out very well. There really isn’t anything I could fault. Everything went smoothly, and the food and staff met my expectations and more. Thank you for all you help in ensuring this event went well and for the staff for the fantastic job they did!
