FLEXIBLE PAYMENT TERMS
In order to qualify for Silver VIP member status, you simply need to finalise payment of your invoice before receiving delivery of your order. You can do this by making a credit card payment when finalising your purchase on our online shopping cart; we also accept cash, cheque and direct deposit payments.
Gold and Bronze VIP members are eligible for flexible payment terms whereby pre-payment is not necessary and a company account will be set up for your convenience.
SPECIALISED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
When you qualify for Gold VIP member status, you'll receive specialised account management including custom menu design, personalised order forms if required, an annual Lunch & Learn session, as well as your own dedicated account manager who will directly handle all your orders and queries.
CATERING REBATES SAVE $$$*
In order to qualify for Gold VIP member status, your company needs to have an established catering spend of at least $30,000 per annum.
Those who reach or exceed this sum will benefit from significant savings:
- $30,000 - $100,000 = 5% catering rebate;
