Four years of Charlie. 🤍🎉
If you’ve known Flavours for a while, you’ll know Charlie has worn just about every hat imaginable.
Chef. Purchasing Manager. Problem solver. Supplier negotiator. Last-minute fixer. Taste tester (the most important role, obviously). 😂
That’s family business for you… you don’t really apply for a new role, someone just says, “Charlie, we need you,” and somehow he ends up with another job title.
The truth is, Charlie has been part of Flavours long before he officially joined the payroll. You could say he’s been part of the business since before he was born, growing up around the kitchen, events, and the organised chaos that comes with family business. ❤️
These days, he’s not just my son, he’s also my right-hand man and favourite partner in crime. Whether we’re solving problems, throwing around new ideas, or tackling another busy week, I honestly couldn’t imagine doing it without him.
What started in the kitchen has grown into Charlie now leading the way as our Culinary Operations Manager & Purchasing Manager, keeping our kitchens stocked, our chefs organised, our suppliers on their toes, and making sure thousands of meals leave our kitchen every single week.
Behind every successful event are so many moving parts, and Charlie is one of the people making sure it all happens. Whether it’s sourcing ingredients, planning ahead, jumping back into the kitchen, or helping wherever he’s needed, he always gets stuck in.
Thank you for four years of hard work, commitment, and being someone the whole team can rely on. We’re incredibly lucky to have you as part of the family, both at home and at Flavours. 🥹
