Last week, we brought the tropical vibes to a beautiful Tiki-inspired wedding, complete with a fully customised Hawaiian-inspired menu, delicious drinks and plenty of island magic! 🥥
The celebrations kicked off with roaming canapés before guests enjoyed a custom shared banquet bursting with tropical flavours. Here’s a little taste of what was on the menu… 🌴

Tables dressed and ready, menus set at every place, the team gathered for the pre-service briefing, plates lined up in the kitchen, sauces poured, desserts finished one by one and the bar keeping the drinks flowing. 🥂
Before the doors open, there’s a lot happening out of sight. Hours of setting up, prepping and plating all lead up to that moment when the room fills, the lights come up and the evening begins.
From the first briefing to the last plate leaving the pass, our Flavours team loved being part of it. A special room, a great crowd and a team working together to make the night run smoothly. ❤️
