Overall, the catering worked very well for the event and suited the format nicely. The Asian-style finger food was ideal for a daytime function — easy for guests to enjoy while mingling, and well received. Food quality, presentation and service on the day were all good.

We had approximately 50 guests, and the variety and quantity of food was more than sufficient.

Everything indeed went very smoothly! I haven’t ever had to organise an in-house plated lunch before so I was extremely nervous about these events.

• Chris: You’ve been absolutely amazing to work with. We didn’t give you much notice but everything was arranged with great attention to detail, professionalism and flexibility. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
• On the ground team: Showed up on time. Once I showed them the event and kitchen spaces I barely needed to do anything. Left the event and kitchen space in superb condition. Extremely friendly and professional. Highly experienced and able to keep a tough crowd happy.

I can only say it went off like a dream! Tony and Tom executed it all seamlessly and without fuss. We had some excellent feedback on the quality of the food and the service provided. The GF people were particularly impressed, having so many delicious options. The quantities were about right too I think, with only some left over.
