A plated menu is a more formal style of dining where a pre selected meal is placed in front of each guest.
Depending on your guest numbers, an alternative menu can be selected which is 2 dishes for each course and the meals are alternatively served to guests while they are seated.
Wait staff and Chefs are required for this style of service and can offer 1, 2 or 3 course including entrée, main and /or dessert.
